You want a refresh rather than a complete refurnishing. We discuss how layout, finishes and selected pieces could work together, and where a focused intervention makes more sense than replacing everything.
You are considering a property before purchase. We can help assess its interior design potential. The agreed consultation scope determines which property we review; a comparison of multiple properties must be arranged in advance. Structural, legal and property valuation questions belong with the relevant independent professionals.

What do the two hours cover?
We walk through the agreed property together and discuss how you want to live in it. The conversation covers room function, circulation, natural light, furniture proportions and existing pieces you may want to keep or bring from abroad.
Bring your questions, reference images and any available floor plan. Share the rooms involved, your preferred move-in date and a budget estimate if you have one. An estimate is useful context, not a commitment to spend a particular amount.
For a remote session, you or an authorized person needs access to the property and a suitable video connection. We arrange the format beforehand so the session can focus on the home.
What is in the written direction memo?
Within three business days after the walkthrough, you receive a memo by email covering:
- Recommended design direction: a practical starting point for the interior, based on the property and your priorities.
- Room and furnishing priorities: what to address first, which existing pieces may fit, and where further design work is needed.
- Indicative project budget: a planning estimate for the discussed scope, not a binding construction or furnishing quotation.
- Suggested next steps: whether a phased refresh, full-service furnishing, a bespoke interior or construction supervision is the appropriate next conversation.
The memo is not a full specification package. Measured drawings, detailed product selections, technical assessments, procurement and installation require their own agreed scope.
How do I request and arrange the consultation?

- Review your individual quotation. We reply within one business day to discuss your needs, then confirm the scope, format and quotation directly with you. The appointment is arranged after approval. Additional properties or visits must be scoped separately.
- Walk through the property. The two-hour session takes place on site in San Miguel or by video, as arranged.
- Receive the direction memo. We email it within three business days after the consultation so you can evaluate the next step.
How is the consultation quoted?
Contact us with your property details and goals. We review the scope before preparing your individual quotation; there is no public price list or fixed package price. You approve the terms directly before an appointment is booked.
